Our proprietary software is the foundation of everything we do at etailz. Instead of working with third parties, we’ve often found that, given our industry expertise, we can develop more scalable solutions in-house and have flourished because of it. As a result of close collaboration with our suppliers, we have created technology that enables them to manage their brands’ online presence.

We launched eholdingz as the brand and product development arm of etailz. Our vision is to create and develop inventive, high-quality consumer goods that aim to provide value, solve problems, and meet needs in the lives of our customers. Through a best-in-class supply chain, we are able to pass savings onto our customers by offering these products at competitive prices.

We opened a warehouse facility near our Spokane headquarters to provide additional benefits to our suppliers. We can now expand our offerings within Amazon’s Frustration Free Packaging program, create custom bundles, launch first-to-market products, and much more. The lifeblood of etailz is our people. We collaborate and innovate as a devoted team–all while having a bit of fun (made evident by our alter-ego titles below).

Our culture defines our direction, and our ten core values define our culture. These are not only guiding principles, but are also a pivotal part of the success and future of our company.

Do more than is expected and be humble about it. To be a truly exceptional company, we always over-deliver for our customers, our suppliers and for each other.

Passionate, creative thinkers deliver inspired results. We help each other focus our passions on the causes we care about most.

Positive relationships are built on a foundation of clear and open communication. Whether we are talking with customers or co-workers, we are truthful and open.

At etailz everyone has the freedom to express themselves and their individuality. Nothing is worth doing if you can't be yourself while doing it, and work is no different.

Excitement can transform an ordinary day at the office into a day with friends. We want our customers, suppliers, and employees to have fun working with us.

We empower our team, consumers, and suppliers to make good choices and provide resources for them to be successful.

Innovation and out of the box thinking are extremely important as we continue to evolve and grow. Fear of failure does not prevent us from making critical decisions.

If we are not getting better on a daily basis, we may as well be getting worse. We challenge everyday norms by pursuing being better faster.

Contribute regularly and meaningfully to the causes you are passionate about.

Words have no value if they are not backed by action. To live it, we start with the person in the mirror. At etailz, we adhere to our Core Values in everything we do.

We’re honored you noticed!
Here are some awards and accolades we’ve earned over the years.
